Returns & Exchange Policy

At Zarposh Fabrics, we value your satisfaction and take pride in delivering high-quality unstitched fabrics. While we do not offer returns once an order is placed, we do provide exchanges and refunds under specific conditions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

  • Exchanges are not accepted once the fabric has been cut, stitched, or altered in any way.

If you wish to exchange due to a change of mind, the product must meet the above conditions.
Please note:

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Any price difference or additional charges for the replacement item will also be the customer’s responsibility.

If you receive the wrong design, damaged, or defective product, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Returns & Refunds

Our products go through careful quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

To request a refund:

  1. Take clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.

  2. Email us at zarposhfabricsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and images.

  3. Once verified, we’ll process your refund through your original payment method or offer store credit (as preferred).

Please note that refunds are not applicable for:

  • Color variation due to screen or lighting differences.

  • Products damaged after stitching, washing, or use.

Important Note

  • Fabrics sold during sales or discount offers are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Exchanges and refunds are subject to stock availability.

  • If care instructions are not followed, the exchange/refund policy will not apply.
