We currently deliver across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. No matter where you are, we’ll make sure your order reaches you securely and on time.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery charges: PKR 200–250 per order (depending on location).

  • Free shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, it takes 1–2 business days to confirm, process, and prepare it for dispatch.

Delivery Timeframe

After processing, your order is typically delivered within 4–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city or the courier’s route efficiency.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been shipped, you can request your tracking details by contacting us at zarposhfabricsofficial@gmail.com.
We’ll share your tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We deliver to all serviceable areas across Pakistan.
If your location is not covered by our courier partners, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help you with a replacement or exchange where applicable.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare case your order is lost in transit, we’ll reship your items or provide a full refund for prepaid orders.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer express or same-day delivery. All orders are shipped via standard service.

Holiday or Peak Season Delays

During holidays or sale periods, delivery may take an extra 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
